MS
Excel
Address data is often supplied and
stored in MS Excel spreadsheets. Datablue AVM's integration
into MS Excel enables entire Spreadsheets or selected
cell ranges to be validated and barcoded within a
single process. Depending on the version of Datablue
AVM used, processing results can be output to new
files, appended to the existing worksheet or added
to a new worksheet within the same workbook.
MS
Access
Similar in functionality to MS Excel
integration, MS Access integration
enables the validation and barcoding of address information
within an MS Access Database.
MS
Word
Validation
and barcoding of single addresses within MS Word is
fast and effective. Spelling and formatting mistakes
are fixed on the fly and incomplete or invalid addresses
are identified with a list of possible matches provided
to the user. Datablue AVM's integration with MS Word
ensures that every letter to leave your business can
be validated and professional.
Integrated
MS Word Mail Merge
Leveraging Datablue AVM's comprehensive
MS Word Integration, one of the many outputs available
within AVM is the ability to output processing results
directly to a mail merge document(s), where it can
be immediately printed or saved.
Users
do not require MS Word Mail Merge skills and do not
need to battle the different merge methodologies used
in each version of MS Word. The entire addressing
process, from list to production of barcoded document(s)
can be done within a single process.
AVM
ships with a variety of document merge templates.
These templates can be easily modified to suit user
requirements. Addressed documents, labels, envelopes
etc. can be created quickly and easily.
Where
users already have formatted documents, AVM can simply
add the required address fields to the document and
then merge the processed and barcoded addresses into
the document without the user having to set up the
merge fields manually.
