in our online resources portal. Clients are encouraged to
reference the resources portal prior to contacting Datablue
as most issues will have already been addressed here.

our clients convenience we provide a number of support methods
including a toll free support number, email, onsite support
and via the Online Resources Portal.
Online
Online support is provided via the specially designed Datablue
Online Resources Portal (DORP) in the form of interactive
support tickets. Online support tickets provide a means
of always available (24 hours a day, 365 days a week) communication
between the user and the Datablue support team where all
communication is tracked and actioned.
