Support & Training

Datablue understands the importance of providing its clients with first class service, support and training. For this reason Datablue has developed comprehensive training and support systems comprising of a variety of delivery methodologies and options.

Online Support & Training
Online support is provided via the Datablue Online Resources Portal (DORP) in the form of interactive support tickets. Online support tickets provide a means of always available (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) communication between you and the Datablue support team. All communication here can be easily tracked and actioned.

Online training is provided as a self paced, always accessible training resource that is available for a variety of Datablue solutions. All you require is a valid product subscription to access this online training.

Access to the DORP is INCLUDED in the purchase of Datablue products and can be accessed here.

Telephone support is available during normal business hours by calling 1300 557 929.

On-Site Support & Training
An On-Site support and training option is available.
Tailored to cover all aspects of Datablue solutions within the client environment, on-site training uses the clients own systems and data. Onsite training enables users to learn in a familiar environment and practice using Datablue products in a live environment.

Classroom Training
Classroom based training is held at regular intervals in designated training facilities and provides hands-on exercises enabling participants to familiarise themselves with Datablue solutions.

There is a maximum of 12 participant to each 2 hour instructor lead class.
Classroom based training is charged per person and is subject to availability.
